Exercise is a crucial part of any person’s life, especially as we age. Not only does exercise improve our overall strength and fitness, but it has been proven to reduce falls, improve memory and brain function and aid in pain management. These are all crucial components of maintaining an independent lifestyle.
Here at the Centre we recognise that no two people are the same and so no two people will exercise in the exact same way. We are able to adapt exercises based on individuals experience and abilities. This group is low impact with no floor work a facilitated by an ESSA accredited Exercise Scientist.

The over 55s movement class runs on Monday mornings 10:00-10:45am and costs $120 per 10 week term or $16 casual rate.
