For the second year, The Y (YMCA) Oakhill Drive, in conjunction with Oakhill Drive Public School has held The BIGGEST Afternoon Tea to raise funds for Cancer Council research. We exceeded beyond belief to raise $8034 for this worthy cause.
This was a whole community effort from The Y, the school, our families and children, Cancer council and over 25 local businesses, including Dural Bunnings.
As we know Cancer affects so many people in our community and we just wanted show our support and teach the children of tomorrow about volunteering, charity work and being part of being a part of something bigger that effects so many people.
We are so proud of everyone’s efforts and continued strong relationship with ODPS and The Y Oakhill Drive to make this special fundraiser possible.
We can’t wait for next year!
