The Club held its annual Trivia Night on Saturday 26 August at the Cherrybrook Community Centre, Shepherds Drive, Cherrybrook.
This is one of our biggest fundraisers each year and was a very successful night. Tables were fully booked with 211 participants from West Pennant Hills and Cherrybrook Lions, several Probus clubs, fellow Rotary clubs, Blue Wren House from Camden and members, partners and friends from our Club.
The theme for the night was the prevention of Domestic and Family Violence and everyone was asked to wear a touch of purple.
Nearly $7,000 was raised which will go towards various Rotary charities and, in particular, Blue Wren House, a domestic violence shelter. We thank all our sponsors and donors of raffle prizes.
