The former Sydney childcare worker is facing a further 115 charges following an ongoing investigation into the alleged exploitation of children at five early childhood education facilities in Sydney’s north-west.

The Australian Federal Police (AFP) laid the additional charges as part of Operation Moonbi, bringing the total number of charges against the 35-year-old man to 444.

The allegations relate to children known to the man, as well as children who attended facilities where he worked or attended between 2009 and 2025.

The AFP said the number of identified victims has not increased as a result of the latest charges.

The additional charges include 105 counts of producing child abuse material, one count relating to carrying out a sexual act with a child under 10, five counts of filming a person engaged in a private act in circumstances of aggravation, and four counts of possessing child abuse material.

The man has remained in custody since his arrest and initial charges in July 2025.

The matter is scheduled to return to Parramatta Local Court on October 8, 2026.
