The Kenthurst Combined Probus Club marked a key date on its calendar with its Annual General Meeting held on 16 March at Kenthurst Uniting Church, setting the tone for another year of social connection and shared experiences.
The gathering saw the induction of two new members, Yvonne Davidson and Pat Mason, reflecting the club’s continued growth and appeal within the local community. A new executive team was also confirmed, with Burt Stuut stepping into the role of president to lead the organisation through the coming year.
With a strong emphasis on social engagement, the club’s upcoming program highlights a diverse mix of activities. Members can expect everything from putt-putt golf outings and walking groups to larger excursions, including a visit to Cockatoo Island and a bus trip to Yarrawonga. Theatre enthusiasts are also catered for, with planned group visits to major productions such as Shen Yun, Anastasia, and The Lion King.
The next meeting is scheduled for 20 April at the same venue, featuring a presentation on the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race by guest speaker Lindsay May. The club continues to welcome visitors interested in joining its active and varied program.
