Photography is such an important part of your business brand voice and your professional appearance. Decent photos are necessary for every business and many can’t afford a pro when they start. Learning how to take your own photos is a good idea. Social media and product photography photos are otherwise taken from stock photo libraries, which can be cliched and seen everywhere.
For this workshop, make sure you bring your late model smartphone or your camera, small items you might want to shoot (up to the size of a book or bottle of wine). Our presenter, Jane Tweedy, hopes with some guidance you’ll be taking more interesting photos!
JANE’S PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE
Jane has studied photography starting over 20 years ago, including a New York Institute of Photography (NYIP) Diploma, and has been a wedding photographer as a side business previously. Jane has photographed bands and photographed houses for sale and for rent (with a buyer of one saying it was the gallery of photos which sold them on the property).

This event will be onsite at Elude Escape Rooms in Galston. They will be providing refreshments from 9am with the workshop kicking off at 9.30am finishing at 12, though you will be able to stay around a little if you haven’t finished your shoot.
