A social game of Lawn Bowls took place with the travelling bowlers at Parramatta Leagues on 19th November 2023 as an introduction to both playing groups.
The travelling bowlers is a social group that was formed from the active players in the vicinity of Parramatta, Hills and other close districts.
The Open Gender Major pair final took place on the 2nd of December. Doug Farlow and Glen Davey defeated Reg Munusamy and Cheryle Hobart. Congratulations to the winners.
Dural Lawn Bowls is looking forward to next year and the years beyond. The amalgamation with Parramatta Leagues Club on August 18th 2023 has given a secured financial stability and will be providing improved amenities and a brighter future as per the agreed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
