Dural And Hills District Garden Club Turns 21

Dural and Hills District Garden Club members and guests celebrated their 21st year at their recent May meeting.

It was a fun night with lots of delicious food and great company. They also had an opportunity to view a documentary on the history of Warragamba Dam.

The meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 8pm, Mid Dural Fire Station, 57 Mid Dural Road, Middle Dural. Plenty of parking in the street. There are monthly visits to members interesting and beautiful gardens. Affordable, coach day trips and the occasional longer trips that are priced to suit the budget with the club subsidising part of the coach costs.

Visit to Eastern Suburbs Sustainability Project,
IndigiGrow Native Bush Food, Plant Nursery at La Perouse Public School and the museum.
