The last CWA News-We are so lucky to be surrounded by such beauty and abundance in this little pocket of Hills Rural and Hornsby Shire nestled at the foot of the Gorge.
From Dural to Galston, Glenorie, and everything in between we are spoilt for choice with some of the best roadside stalls, nurseries, bakeries, cafes, parks, and walking trails.
Why not make a day of it these Easter school holidays and explore your own backyard, meeting some of the beautiful local makers and growers while immersing yourself in the tranquil bushland.
And for out-of-towners, it is definitely worth making the trip. Come and see us at the CWA Mother’s Day Market Stall and we’ll give you the low down on where to grab the best coffee, fresh flowers, fruit & veg, baked goods and much more, all locally produced and within 10 minutes of Galston Village.
Of course, while you’re there be sure to bag a bargain at the stall. You won’t find these one of a kind, beautiful handmade items for less anywhere else, with all proceeds going to local charities. We will be selling a whole host of eco-friendly products, the cutest pot plants, knitted baby goods, pet accessories and jewellery, all handmade locally.
So if you want to support local, do your bit for the environment, meet the beautiful growers and makers in the community and give to charity all with one purchase. Get yourself down to the CWA market stall on Saturday 17th April! Our stall is open just in time for Mother’s Day and we’re sure to have something she’ll love.
We are so excited to be back up and running after a difficult 2020. Please support Galston CWA by dropping by our stall.
