Check out Charlie’s New Single

In exciting music news, Cherrybrook crooner Charlie Chech has officially released his debut single Speak Softly, Love – a beautiful, modern rendition of the famous Nino Rota theme song from The Godfather movies.

The 18-year-old talent recorded his first single at the Sony Music Australia studios in Sydney, as part of the prestigious Talent Development Project (TDP) 2022 Album.

Under the auspices of acclaimed Australian singer, actor, director and producer Peter Cousens, Charlie was part of the 2022 Graduating Class of the TDP.

Charlie’s debut single was produced by Australian producer Philippe-Marc Anquetil.

The release of the single coincides with The Godfather’s 50-year anniversary this year. Directed by Francis Ford Coppola, the movie was released in 1972 and enjoyed wide acclaim globally.

In other news, Charlie continues to entertain locals with his beautiful bass baritone voice, with performances at a variety of venues recently.

If you would like to see Charlie locally, he will be singing at Hornsby RSL Club’s Melbourne Cup Day event on Tuesday 1st November.

Charlie will be singing his favourite tunes from crooners such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tony Bennett, Michael Buble and many more.
