Buyers Opt for a ‘sanctuary in the Sky’ at Norwest’s Latest Apartments Launch

November 22, 2021: Sydney, NSW

A focus on wellbeing proved just the right therapy for homebuyers with $65M worth of apartments within Haitchin’s unique lifestyle-orientated precinct at Norwest selling during its first weekend on the market.

It was a stellar start for the residential component of the unique master-planned development, which includes three contemporary buildings, to be framed by a showstopping lagoon swimming pool with sundecks and beautiful gardens.

Buyers, mainly from within 15km of the project, were quick to snap up a range of apartments – with 75 sales made over the opening weekend.

Agents for the project PRD Norwest initially brought 110 apartments – located in Infinity Park’s tallest tower ‘Marque’ to the market, but the strength of interest saw them bring on 238 apartments over the weekend.

“Every aspect of Infinity Park has been designed to improve the wellbeing of those living there, so to see how this holistic concept has been embraced by future residents is very exciting,” said Robert Tasevski, General Manager for the Haitchin Group.

“Home environment plays an important part in people’s happiness, and lengthy lockdowns during the Covid-19 pandemic has given everyone time to reflect on their future needs.”

The initial release, through PRD Norwest, drew a mix of buyers including downsizers, investors and even first time purchasers. The launch weekend also attracted new hybrid group of purchasers known as ‘investor downsizers’ – those aged in their 50s to 70s – who are looking to secure an apartment for future retirement.

Among the sales at Infinity Park – a three-bedroom apartment, spanning 135 sqm, with 2 bathrooms and 2 car parking spaces, sold for $1,43M; while two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 75sqm to 108sqm fetched prices between $755,000 and $1,144,800. Also selling, a number of one-bedroom properties which achieved prices of $540,000 to $680,400.

Director of PRD Norwest, David Inkster, said Infinity Park’s newly opened display suite impressed potential buyers looking for a lifestyle change.

“It just exudes the feeling of serenity and relaxation that many buyers are now seeking after a very challenging 18-months throughout the pandemic,” he said.

“When buyers walked into the display suite you could see them react positively to the design, finishes and space on offer – this really will become their own private haven.”

Overlooking the fairways of Castle Hill golf course, Infinity Park will deliver a total of 290 apartments with specially created spaces to explore, escape and retreat.

The estate will also showcase reflective areas, a commercial building and a city-style roof-top restaurant, to be run by awardwinning chef Joshua Mason.

Designed by award-winning firm Turner Architects, and Taylor Thompson Whitting (TTW) Structural Engineers, the masterplanned estate encapsulates serenity with a relaxed resort style ambience, featuring beautiful interiors and seamless integration with the outdoors.

Mr Tasevski said they have gone a step beyond to ensure the precinct will be enveloped by a calming nature and offer an elevated lifestyle.

“Norwest has changed and it is still changing, it is all about the amenities, it has public transport and a great restaurant precinct, it has proven to be a place where people want to live and work,” he said.

“The resort style pool is a point of difference designed with little nooks, where you can sit in the water, rest your elbows on the deck and have a drink while being surrounded by palm trees. There will also be a mix of active spaces, such as the children’s climbing apparatus, and quiet zones, where you can relax and read a book.”

Apartments located within Marque will feature stone-topped kitchens with a beautiful island and fitted with Miele appliances. Elegant living rooms flow out to private entertainment terraces, while the light-filled bedrooms offer an abundance of integrated storage.

Off-the-plan buyers will be given a choice of sophisticated colour palettes, inspired by both the natural and urban world. The interiors have been specifically designed to lift the mood featuring beautiful timbers, soft coloured stone and subtle neutral tones.

The Infinity Park display unit is now open and can be found on the ground floor of 10 Century Circuit Norwest (opposite swim centre). Construction on the apartments is due to be completed by 2024.
