Infinity Park Set To Be Launched Onto The Market At Norwest

Buyers will have their first opportunity next month to purchase into a unique lifestyle estate designed with spaces to explore, escape and retreat.

Infinity Park, overlooking Castle Hill Country Club Golf Course at Norwest, is holding a VIP launch on November 13 and 14.

It is part of a vibrant new vertical community by the Hitchin Group offering an innovative, holistic approach to work and living.

Designed by award-winning firm Turner Architects, the first residential release called ‘Marque’ includes one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Framed by a resort-style swimming pool with sundecks and beautiful gardens, residents will also have access to a stunning landscaped sky terrace.

“We know that people are putting greater priority on their personal health and fitness which is a key focus at Infinity Park, but well-being is also often a direct response from your home environment,” said Robert Tasevski, General Manager at Hitchin Group.

“We’ve come up with a design that encapsulates serenity with a relaxed resort-style ambience featuring beautiful interiors, seamless integration with the outdoors while being enveloped by calming nature.”

Off-the-plan buyers will be given a choice of sophisticated colour palettes, inspired by both nature and the urban world. The interiors have been specifically designed to lift the mood bringing together terrazzo, soft-coloured stone, neutral tones and beautiful timber floors.

Infinity Park has proven popular with a new group of buyers known as ‘downsizer investors’, who are aged 40-70 and looking to secure a property for their future retirement.

With one-bedroom properties priced from $540,000, the project is also attracting first home buyers.

At the heart of each residence is a luxury kitchen with a large island and fitted with Miele appliances. Spacious elegant living rooms flow out to the large balconies. Tranquil light-filled bedrooms offer an abundance of storage; while quality bathrooms will feature oak-look cabinetry and reconstituted marble countertops.

Potential purchasers will need to register their interest before the VIP launch and pay a $1500 deposit to be part of this early access opportunity.
