The raffles at WPH Sports Club are always good fun but at Christmas they are even better. Held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evening, all prizes are supplied by local businesses, something WPH Sports Club is keen to continue. This year the raffles include a variety of Hams and Meat Trays from Oakhill Gourmet Meats, Fruit Baskets from Martelli’s Fruit Market and Seafod Platters from Costi’s Catch at Cherrybrook. There is also fabulous Gingerbread Houses and Trees from That Gingerbread Place and closer to Christmas farm fresh Turkeys from Game Farm at Galson.
Their Giant Christmas Toy Raffle was the first of its kind in the Hills and has been thrilling kids and parents alike for more than 20 years. This year there’s over $5,000 worth of toys to be won. The Club is also giving away $200 worth of fuel every day in December and of course Bistro WPH is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
