A Community Serving Family

BY ROBERT WALLER

The Australian Community Serving Family and Inspired Association is extremely grateful to the Pillamarri family for their willingness to serve our local community.

Sreeni Pillamarri is an IT entrepreneur, runs his Digital Technology & Business Software business across Australia and New Zealand.

Since he arrived in 1998, Sreeni has been involved in many voluntary roles within various community organisations….Hornsby SES, Hornsby Chambers of Commerce, Australian Community Inspired Association Inc (ACIA) Cherrybrook, United Indian Associations Inc (UIA), Telugu Associations of Sydney (STA), PCYC Parramatta, West Pennant Hills Cherrybrook Football Club, Rotary Club of West Pennant Hills, and Cherrybrook.

Lakshmi, his wife, has been a supporter of the ‘Community Inspired’ Association for several years and is currently helping with their fundraising effort for the Hills Relay for Life. She has recently made herself available to take on the ACIA Hon Secretary role for which we are most grateful. Lakshmi is also part of other women groups, which provides ongoing support to other local charity groups.

Both of their children Parin and Samyuta – students at the Cherrybrook Technology High School – now young adults are already following in their parents’ footsteps. Samyuta is in her final years of high school and is managing a recently established Community Street Library outside their home in Cherrybrook. While Parin, in his first year of UNI, is preparing to provide IT assistance to local seniors and has already been a fantastic help to our Association and me.

The family priority now is a fund-raising effort for the Cancer Council Hills Relay for Life closing the second week of June.
