Youth Leadership Training

The Rotary Club of West Pennant Hills & Cherrybrook are looking to sponsor a participant for the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA), a transformational leadership program designed for young adults between 18 – 30 years of age at 1st January 2024 and have left school for at least one year. 

The Objective of RYLA is to empower each participant with leadership and management skills, which will assist them in becoming effective community leaders. 

Spanning over seven days, the program combines some of Australia’s finest speakers with engaging activities and challenges, as well as a supportive environment that enables their leadership to grow and develop to its full potential.

RYLA is an annual event with approximately 90 participants which will be held at Knox Grammar School 2 Borambil Street Wahroonga NSW 2076 from Sunday 14th January to Saturday 20th January 2024.

Young Leadership Training

RYLA participants must be in attendance during the whole week; leaving the venue is not permitted. Applicants must also be permanent residents of Australia residing in New South Wales.
