The Hills Men’s Shed is a local charitable organisation offering many services to the Hills district and beyond. First and foremost, it is a place where local men have a community space to connect, create and converse. It is also a space where members have the opportunity to engage in projects for the local community.
At the moment The Shed, as it is affectionately known, is knee deep in some exciting projects! The many community street libraries seen around the district are the work of many dedicated shed members.
Restoration projects are also high on the agenda with outdoor chairs, indoor furniture and special builds underway by our talented members. One of our most exciting undertakings at the moment is the restoration of an antique motor driven child’s car. We are very honoured to be entrusted with this special project. There will be more information about this in the coming weeks on our Facebook page.
