About 3.15pm on Tuesday 3rd of January 2023, officers detect a Holden Astra along Carrington Road, Castle Hill travelling at 88 km/hr in a sign posted 50 km/hr zone. The 17-year-old male driver from Norwest was a holder of an NSW C Class P1 Provisional licence.
The driver was issued an infringement notice for P1 Driver Exceed Speed Limit – over 30 km/hr, his NSW driver’s licence was confiscated and suspended on the spot for a period of 3 months.
