Round Corner Dural Probus Club’s February meeting was a fantastic start for 2025. We welcomed Guest Speaker Lt Col David Ingram, retired American and Australian Air Force, who captivated our members with a very interesting talk on the topic ‘America 2025’.
David’s presentation was very informative and he was pleased to answer questions from members. Following the meeting 2 lucky members and 1 visitor won the door prizes before we enjoyed each other’s company over lunch.
For our outing this month, members’ car pooled for an enjoyable day visiting the Baha’i Temple at Ingleside, a place of rich cultural and spiritual significance.
A guided tour and video presentation was offered followed by time to walk through the native gardens and natural bushland surrounding the Temple. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delightful lunch at Flower Power, Terry Hills.
Round Corner Dural Probus offer a range of activities each month and a trip away is on the calendar for later this year. Meetings are held at the Galston Club on the second Monday of each month at 9.30 am.
