On 24 October members of our club took part in the End Polio Ride the Train. They got on the train at 10:14pm as it came through Cherrybrook Station and handed over a cheque to Rotary International.
The Club’s most successful BBQ to date was held on 26 October at Bunnings Castle Hill with proceeds going to Domestic and Family Violence and other Rotary charities.
Our International team is back from visiting Flores in Indonesia. One of the projects undertaken in Flores is Teacher In A Box where computers are loaded with educational programs and donated to schools where there is no internet access. This was a thoroughly rewarding trip for those who went.
