Eleven members of the Club attended the International Rotary Convention in Melbourne 27-31 May, held at the Melbourne Convention Centre and the Rod Laver Arena. In total 14,000 Rotarians from around the globe attended. It was an amazing experience for all who attended.
Four members travelled to Coonabarabran to assist our sister Rotary Club in their work running the catering for the North West Equestrian Expo taking place 2-6 June. This is the largest equestrian event in Australia involving a lot of hard work and fun.
On Saturday 28 May the Club ran a Bunnings BBQ and cake stall at Dural.
The Club participated in the Pennant Hills High School’s second Winter Carnival on Saturday 24 June. As a community service the Club ran a sausage sizzle between 3pm and 9pm. All the proceeds went back to the School.
On Friday 30 June the Club held its change over dinner at Springfield House, Dural at which time the new Board is inducted.

The Club will be running a BBQ at Bunnings Castle Hill on 12 August.
The Club will be hosting its annual Trivia Night on Saturday 26 August at the Cherrybrook Community Centre, Shepherds Drive, Cherrybrook. This is one of our biggest fundraisers each year. Money raised will be donated to “Blue Wren House, Camden Women’s Shelter” and other Rotary Charities. Tickets are $25 per person. Working on tables of 8 we can assist/coordinate/put teams together.
