The NSW Government is putting more cash back into the pockets of drivers than ever before with the first payments from its new toll relief scheme just around the corner.
Drivers will soon be able to apply for the new scheme, with payments expected to be made into drivers’ bank accounts from mid-January 2023, backdated to July 1, 2022.

$100 FIRST LAP and ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS
With summer sport kicking off, the NSW Government is encouraging families to boost their budget by downloading their Active Kids and First Lap vouchers. These programs are part of more than 70 NSW Government rebates and vouchers under Savings Finder. Active Kids provides families of school-aged children with two $100 vouchers per year towards the cost of sport and active recreation fees. First Lap provides children aged 3-6 years old, who are not at school, with a $100 voucher per year towards the cost of swimming lessons.
APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR DV PROJECT FUNDING
Applications are open for the 2022 Local Domestic and Family Violence Committee grant program. Under this program, committees are able to apply for grants of up to $1,800 to fund a range of important initiatives aimed at raising awareness about domestic and family violence, reinforcing messages about positive behaviour, and engaging local community groups.
