Norwest’s newest residential development

Majestic views and holistic living on offer at Norwest’s newest residential development

A vibrant new vertical community including 290 luxury apartments has been unveiled for Sydney’s northwest.

Infinity Residential, to be built at Norwest, will be partially framed by one of the largest pools in the Hills district and topped by stunning landscaped sky terraces. The three contemporary residential buildings, ranging in height from six to 23-storeys, will include grand foyers with a concierge.

Situated within a stroll to the Sydney Metro Northwest, it is part of an exciting new master-planned project known as Infinity Park by developers the Hitchin Group.

Robert Tasevski, General Manager at Hitchin Group, says,

“We’ve come up with a design that encapsulates serenity with a relaxed resort-style ambience featuring beautiful interiors, seamless integration with the outdoors while being enveloped by calming nature.

“With unsurpassed views extending across the Castle Hill Country Club golf course, Sydney CBD and to the Blue Mountains, these elevated bespoke residences mark a new era of apartment living, and it is something we are incredibly proud to bring to the market.”

Off-the-plan buyers will be given a choice of sophisticated colour palettes inspired by both nature and the urban world. In addition, the interiors have been specifically designed to lift the mood featuring beautiful timbers and soft coloured stone.

Infinity Park is located within close proximity of the Norwest town centre and metro rail station and enjoys a high level of accessibility to a range of employment, shops, services, schools, open space, health and community services.

Infinity Park is expected to be complete in circa 2024.
