Upscale to Luxe Living at This Boutique Residential Community

Sophisticated, spacious new apartments, with stunning resort-style facilities and some with sweeping views over Castle Hill Country Club, are set to redefine the concept of indoor and outdoor Luxe living.

The 49 apartments are set across two boutique six-level buildings known as Alpha and Omega – the final residential release at the popular Infinity Park project at Norwest that launched late last year.

Architecturally designed by Turner, the Alpha and Omega buildings are each topped by a private rooftop terrace.

Residents will have exclusive access to this beautifullylandscaped outdoor space, showcasing a fire pit, seating and tranquil vistas across the fairways.

Robert Tasevski, General Manager for developer Haitchin Group, says the premium offering is designed specifically for those looking to move from a larger house to ‘upscale’ their lifestyle.

“For many that’s about an exciting lifestyle change, into a brand new place within a familiar community. They can live somewhere where the new routine is a swim in the morning and golf in the afternoon, all right on the doorstep,” he says.

Mr Tasevski says Alpha and Omega give buyers great versatility, with floorplans offering ‘bonus space’ that can be configured in a variety of ways – including as a home office, art studio, gym or barbecue/outdoor kitchen.

The two and three-bedroom homes, which have two parking spaces, will feature gourmet kitchens with Miele appliances and luxurious bathrooms with stone tub surround and brass metal accents.

David Inkster from PRD Norwest believes the sanctuary-like location of Alpha and Omega will also appeal to those looking for lifestyle and convenience.

With the Norwest station nearby, Alpha and Omega are also just a short stroll to Infinity Park’s sky dining experience, Ciel, to be opened by award-winning chef Joshua Mason.

“We’ve received so many comments recently that Norwest is really coming of age and its array of new restaurants is making it a foodie haven,” says Mr Inkster.
