How Ai Tool Chatgpt Could be Used in Your Business

The old adage is the only thing certain in life is death and taxes. I think change should be added. Change creates uncertainty and can unsettle us if we can’t keep up. Technology change is constant, and a recent newbie is ChatGPT by Open AI, artificial intelligence.

ChatGPT is receiving talk about how it may change our work, and whether it threatens jobs for people like copywriters, and how it impacts university assessments. ChatGPT is not the solution to everything. Like other tools, for instance Canva, it’s a tool, and human intervention gives optimal results.

I asked ChatGPT “Explain why a business could use ChatGPT in 50 words”. It took 11 seconds to start generating 41 words:

A business could use ChatGPT to enhance customer service and engagement, provide quick answers to commonly asked questions, and automate repetitive tasks. ChatGPT can also be used for generating creative marketing copy, improving communication skills, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Definitely have a play and adjust what you ask for a few times to see the different results. Many business owners will find ChatGPT a great tool to get something on the screen they can then edit. Please remember, unless it’s a short caption, add in you – your personality, brand voice and your stories to bring this generic text to life. Obtain actual sources and data, because ChatGPT is not reliable. Another reason not to use as is, is to avoid plagiarism, and worse still possibly copying one of your competitors without knowing. Enjoy trialling!
