With a sustained history of success in the residential and project marketing arena, HOME789 has announced the opening of their first Hills District office in leafy rural/residential Dural, as part of the group’s strategic move to establish a presence in the Hills District.
The Hills District expansion is in line with the company’s growth strategy since its successful listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in March 2019.
Chief Executive Officer, Walton Chu, said that the decision to roll out the company’s full service to the Hills District, is a natural progression, and an important next step in their growth, as they believe that it is arguably one of the best real estate markets in Australia.
HOME789 Dural’s team will be led by award-winning agent, Elise Lau, who has successfully operated in the Hills area for 20 years. Mrs Lau wants to preserve what she has already established and build a new team that will be crafted to service the residents and investors within the catchment. This, coupled with a forward pipeline of project marketing opportunities, positions HOME789 well in the years to come.
Mr Chu said the entry into the Hills District comes at a time when the company is well resourced and equipped to offer a very sophisticated and high level of customer service, technology and support to its team and their customers.
Areas of service include Castle Hill, Dural, Glenhaven, Kenthurst, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Galston, Cherrybrook, Bella Vista, Glenorie, Middle Dural, Annangrove, West Pennant Hills and Winston Hills.
HOME789 is positioning its Hills District Office for the long-term and wishes to engage with the local community in as many ways as possible. HOME789 wholeheartedly supports various organisations and charities such as the Australian Children’s Medical Research Institute, AC Soccer Association, Camp Quality, the Children’s Medical Institute, CareFlight, Australian Lions Club, St John’s Ambulance Team, and the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia.
HOME789 aims to build on these existing relationships and grow new ones, as it enters this next phase of growth.
