Get Set for The Hills Council’s Free School Holiday Activities

The Hills Shire Council’s FREE School Holiday Program is returning this spring, with some boredom-busting activities and opportunities to learn the game of netball.

Mayor of The Hills Shire, Dr Peter Gangemi said Council’s School Holiday Program aims to cater to a range of ages, abilities, hobbies and interests.

“The School Holiday Program provides an opportunity for children and young people to try a new sport, enjoy a relaxing art therapy session, or appreciate our local environment on the Nature Art Discovery Walk, which the whole family can participate in,” Mayor Gangemi said.

“As the weather warms up, the activities are a great way to get the kids out of the house to try something new and make new friends.”

The Hills School Holiday Sport Program with Netball NSW has been made possible thanks to the Australian Sports Commission’s Play Well Participation Grant.
