Girl Guides is inviting families in the Galston area to discover a program that blends adventure, creativity and community spirit, with local Junior Guides opening their doors to new members this term.
Designed for girls aged six to 10, the Galston Junior Guides group offers hands-on outdoor experiences, environmental awareness activities and opportunities to build confidence through teamwork and challenge. Weekly meetings encourage girls to explore their creativity, form friendships and develop a strong sense of community involvement in a supportive setting.
To give families a taste of what the movement offers, the group is hosting a series of “Come and Try” nights at its Galston Road hall, providing an easy introduction to the Guide experience without long-term commitment.
