In April 2006, fifteen-year-old Oliver vanished while hiking with friends, who could never explain his disappearance. Almost twenty years later, a skull discovery revives the mystery in the Upper Hunter area. Detective Giles believes they may have found Oliver and suspects his friends know more, particularly about the argument that led him to leave the group. However, a discussion with her father introduces a new suspect too close for comfort. Darcy Tindale, the author, and actor, has a background in comedy writing for various media.
