Bromeliad Society of Australia

Great news for the Bromeliad Society of Australia, its members and guests with the resumption of their meetings in 2022.

The next meeting will be held on Saturday, 12th February at the Federation Pavilion, Castle Hill Showground, Showground Road, Castle Hill off Doran Drive. Many beautiful Bromeliads will be available for purchase when sales open to the public at 10am with AGM commencing at 12noon.

Following the election of office bearers for the 2022 BSA committee the normal activities such as competitions, Raffles, Show & Tell, and a new activity called just “Show” for people who would just like to share a plant with others without it being critically judged or discussed.

Please note COVIDsafe restrictions do apply and the local Government regulations are: Do not attend if you’re feeling unwell, 2 sq.m. seating will apply and masks must be worn indoors.

QR code scanning and/or recording of all who enter, as well as proof of double vaccination – (on a mobile device, via myGov, or a printed copy or photo of vaccination certificate).

No food will be served so please bring along your lunch and sufficient fluids.
