Bella Vista Farm Last Open Day

This year, the Friends’ Open Day at Bella Vista Farm will run in conjunction with the Mayor’s Children’s Christmas Party on Sunday, 7th December, from 9 am to 2 pm. The event is open to all – registrations are not required.

There will be so many activities taking place in and around the Heritage Area near the historic house and these special Christmas attractions will include

  • An exhibition of toys from times past which will be on display in the House
  • The rest of the house can be visited on a guided tour for a $2.00 donation per adult. Children are free.
  • There will be festive Christmas music from 10am until 2pm, performed by the Wind and String Ensembles from the The Hills Shire Symphony Orchestra.
  • The popular Trash & Treasure stall in the Carriage Room of the Coach House will be overflowing with fabulous treasures where visitors might find that special Christmas gift
  • Devonshire teas will be served from the Shop in the Heritage Area • Sausage sandwiches will be served from the barbecue in the garden.

Sit, rest and enjoy the atmosphere of this special place.

Free activities for the 2025 Mayor’s Children’s Christmas Party will include face painting, cookie decorating (limited numbers), craft with the Hills Shire Library Team, Cheeky Tunes Christmas Show, outdoor games and activities.

Also available, at a cost will be rides, snow cones, fairy floss and an ice cream truck.

Bella Vista Farm Cnr Elizabeth Macarthur Drive and Norwest Boulevard, Bella Vista.

The farm opens again on Sunday, 1st February, 2026. Donations are always welcome as 100% of proceeds go back to the upkeep of the Farm.
