This November, Sydney’s northern outskirts come alive as the Arcadian Artists Trail and Art Exhibition opens the doors of private studios in Galston, Dural, and Arcadia, inviting art enthusiasts to explore a world of creativity.
For more than 35 years, local artists have welcomed visitors into their studios, building a unique connection between maker and collector while celebrating the region’s rich artistic talent.
Set against rolling paddocks and bushland vistas, the trail spans five stunning rural properties and features over 37 artisans working across diverse mediums, including painting, printmaking, glass and textiles, jewellery, sculpture, and photography.
Visitors can enjoy the trail at their own pace, with food trucks and local cafés dotted along the route. For a truly leisurely experience, pack a picnic and soak in the tranquil surroundings of Sydney’s countryside.
The event is free and runs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 November 2025. Brochures will be available to guide visitors to each studio, and further details about participating artists can be found on the Arcadian Artists website.
